HKIHA is pleased to organize training for HKIHA league players or outstanding hockey players. We are honored to have the head coach is from Toronto – Mr. Steve Baek, who is a former professional hockey player. He played in Asia League and represented the Korean national team at the world championships. He has a lot of experience working with hockey prospects of different ages and from around the world.
Steve has coached and trained players in many countries including Canada, Russia, Sweden, Finland, Czech Republic, Latvia, Austria, Poland, Kazakhstan, and South Korea. His clients include current players from professional leagues including NHL, KHL, and OHL, through to house league, with a variety of skills levels and abilities.
Steve’s only requirements are that his students have a goal to drastically improve their hockey skills and they be willing to give 100% to achieve their goals.
Course Objective: To enhance players skating skill. Edge work allows players to maintain better control of the puck and stay balanced while moving quickly across the ice.
Date: Sept 15th – 18th, 2024 Four nights
Time: Session 1 (20:00 – 21:00)
Session 2 (21:15 – 22:15)
Duration: 1hr/session/night
Selected players will receive an email regarding which session you are in before the training.
Venue: Mega Ice – 10/F, Mega Box

Eligibility: Players born in 2007 – 2015. Younger or Older Players may also be considered.
Priority will be given to HKIHA league players. ***All players must be HKIHA Registered Players.
Entry Fee: HKD4,000/ 4 sessions
Payment: We only accept cheque payment. Please make the cheque payable to “Hong Kong, China Ice Hockey Association Limited”.

Make sure the cheque can be presented. We will charge $500 for each bounced cheque.
